A New Order agent recently alliance-shared an EVEmail received a startling suggestion from one of his customers:

Aside from the fact that such rampant homophobia clearly violates EULA and is well deserving of a ban in advance of his subscription expiry.....
How would one go about arranging a 'big GAY orgy' with GM and DEV staff? Is this an option at the next FanFest?
Perhaps this is deserving of a new thread in "Out of Game Events and Gatherings"?
While a personal rule "No travel abroad for a video game" has meant I've never attended Fanfest - a CCP sponsored "big GAY orgy" might change everything.

More of a disclaimer for the ISDs.
Using the term 'GAY' without the appropriate reverence leads to hasty CCP forum ban, and I know this from personal experience.
Simply contrasting the hostile, hateful way the term 'GAY' was used in the quote, with the healthy sex-positive way 'GAY' was used in my OP, nothing more. |
